Christmas Eve Dinner & Party – Food Stations

We’re getting excited for our wacky n’ wild Christmas Eve dinner and party on 24th December!

And, even more excited to share our delicious menus with you. First, there is our special a la carte holiday menu. This menu will be available for lunch or dinner on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and by private booking.  See our Holiday 2019 Food Menu.

Then, there are our signature “Food Stations” offering smaller bites that fit any budget! From only 80K / dish, we’re thrilled to announce what chef and his team have put together for our Christmas Eve celebration!

As always, we’ve got something for everyone — vegans and vegetarians, meat and seafood lovers, we’ve got you covered this holiday season!

Christmas Eve Food Stations

STARTERS

Deep fried pork and shrimp spring rolls

Pork, shrimp, mushroom, carrot, rice noodles, spring onion. Served with sweet and sour fish sauce.

Crispy mushrooms

Severed with tamarind sauce and thousand island dressing.

Stuffed Shiitake 

Shiitake mushroom stuffed with shrimp and vegetables. Served with sticky rice and sweet and sour fish sauce.

Vietnamese mini pancakes (Bánh căn)

Rice flour, egg, turmeric, shrimp, spring onion. Served with sweet and sour fish sauce. 

MAINS

Grilled beef skewer

Beef, capsicum, onion; served with coleslaw salad.

BBQ pork ribs

Pork ribs in BBQ sauce; served with crispy baby potatoes in garlic.

Grilled octopus

Octopus in BBQ sauce; served with pickles.

Sushi Mix Plate

Mixed vegetable rolls and salmon, tuna, egg sushi

Vegetable wraps

Carrot, capsicum, avocado, oregano, paprika;  served with french fries. 

CARVING STATION

Roasted Whole Turkey

Served with black pepper sauce and roasted asparagus.
