Chef has put together a sensational holiday menu that’s sure to surprise and delight with options for meat and seafood lovers and vegans and vegetarians alike!
This special a la carte holiday menu is available for lunch or dinner on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and by private booking.

NEW YEAR’S EVE FOOD STATIONS
STARTERS
Deep fried pork and shrimp spring rolls
Pork, shrimp, mushroom, carrot, rice noodles, spring onion. Served with sweet and sour fish sauce.
Stuffed Shiitake
Shiitake stuffed with shrimp and vegetable served with sticky rice and sour and sweet chili sauce.
Sweet potato with avocado
Sweet potato, avocado, tomato, paprika and baby mustard.
STATION TWO
Chicken wrap
Marinated chicken breast, capsicum, oregano, paprika; served with french fries.
Whole roasted duck
Served with coleslaw salad and orange fruit sauce.
Sushi Mix Plate
Mixed vegetable rolls and salmon, tuna, egg sushi.
GRILLED DELIGHTS
BBQ pork ribs
Pork ribs in BBQ sauce; served with mixed vegetables.
BBQ chicken wings
Chicken wing in garlic, lemongrass, chili and BBQ sauce.
BBQ fish in banana leaf
Tilapia (fish), turmeric and spring onion; served with steamed rice.
Grilled octopus
Octopus grilled in BBQ sauce.
Grilled beef skewers
Beef, capsicum, onion; served with mixed green garden salad.
Grilled pork meatballs
Pork, egg, shrimp and coriander meatballs; served with fresh noodles and Vietnamese salad with peanut sauce.
